TruckJobs USA provides job information and communication tools. We are not the employer and do not guarantee hiring, pay, routes, equipment, safety records, or other employment terms.
Employer responsibilities
Employers and recruiters must submit accurate, current openings and lawful contact information. Misleading pay claims, duplicate spam, discrimination, and pay-to-apply offers are prohibited.
Driver responsibilities
Drivers should independently verify the company, written offer, safety record, deductions, home time, and orientation terms before making a decision.
Moderation and access
We may review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms. We may restrict access to users who misuse the service or attempt to harm other users or the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TruckJobs USA is not liable for decisions, losses, disputes, injuries, or damages arising from third-party job listings, employer conduct, driver conduct, external websites, or reliance on information submitted by others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer or employment protections that apply to you remain unaffected. Contact us before starting a formal dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
