Information we collect
We collect the contact and job-related information you choose to submit through our forms. Driver interest forms ask for name, email, phone, state, CDL class, experience, preferred work type, and an optional note. Employer forms ask for company and contact details and information about an opening. The Contact form collects your name, email, subject, and message.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use TruckJobs USA. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser details, approximate location, and referral source, and may use cookies or similar technologies. We use this information to improve the website, content, and user experience.
Information we do not request
Do not submit a Social Security number, CDL number, banking information, medical information, or copies of identity documents through this website.
How information is used and shared
Submitted information is used to review job listings, connect drivers with relevant hiring contacts, respond to messages, prevent abuse, and operate the platform. A driver application may be shared with the company or recruiter responsible for the selected opening. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We keep submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to requests, maintain safety and business records, or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@truckjobsusa.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
